Equal Employment Opportunity
AMIkids and the Charter Board are firmly committed to a policy of equal employment opportunity for all Team Members and all applicants who apply for employment. AMIkids does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, pregnancy, disability, marital status, military status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender expression or identity or any other status or condition protected by applicable federal, state or local laws with respect to recruitment, hiring, training, promotion, and other terms and conditions of employment.
WE BELIEVE IN THE POWER OF TRANSFORMATION – EVERY YOUNG PERSON HAS THE POTENTIAL FOR GREATNESS, AND WE’RE ON A MISSION TO UNLOCK IT.
Our purpose is clear: We empower young people to discover their true potential. For more than 55 years, AMIkids has empowered over 160,000 young people across the country by guiding young minds and fostering confidence and a belief in success. With an impressive 80% of youth successfully completing programming, our holistic approach to serving youth combines education, workforce development, treatment, and behavior and skills training.
Board Meeting Notices
Any person or group who wants to publicly comment on an Agenda item during a public meeting is required to follow the procedures set forth in Section 220.127.116.11 (see Policy and Procedures Manual above) prior to the start of the meeting by supplying the agenda item they wish to comment on, or if no agenda item, submit a general request for public comment. Such a request can be made at the meeting itself using a Public Comment Form which will be made available to visitors as they arrive at the access point. If written materials are to be distributed, a copy of such must accompany the request. When recognized by the President of the Board, the presenter must state their name for the record.
